As soon as I got in I was helped with getting set up and my car was worked on even though I was early. Everyone was nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed as I waited. While I have used West Herr for service for a number of years with great satisfaction, I had an unfortunate experience with their sales department. The sales manager gave a low-ball offer for my trade-in years with great satisfaction, I had an unfortunate experience with their sales department. The sales manager gave a low-ball offer for my trade-in (WAY below Kelly Blue Book) after receiving a solicitation email offering 110% of the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade. I wound up trading the car for a new EV at a local competitor who offered me thousands more for the trade on the same vehicle purchase I attempted at West Herr. More
