West Herr needs to work to recover the personalized service that Towne Mini provided Mini Owners. Kyle Robinson did a 5 Star job taking care of making sure my service needs were taken care of with texts to keep me updated and answered questions and concerns. The loaner is a benefit that we truly appreciate. I will say the loaner I had was not cleaned out…used napkins in the driver door pocket and quite a bit of leaves on the passenger and driver side on the floors. I rated the dealership a 3star, West Herr, you need to up your game. You may have bought the Brand Mini Cooper, but now you need to up your game. Towne Mini was a class act. More
