WOW!! My husband and I were searching for a truck. Not just any truck, it had to be a WOW truck. One that we could fit 4+ people in comfortably but we could My husband and I were searching for a truck. Not just any truck, it had to be a WOW truck. One that we could fit 4+ people in comfortably but we could still look at and think "oooh! I love our truck!". We were trading in our 2011 Camaro and there was no way we were signing our pride and joy over for just any truck. We worked with Dan Couch in the past, and trusted him to take good care of us so we went to visit him at West Coast's Kennewick location. Dan set us up with Chris who we dragged all over their Pasco lot and who suffered through us opening almost every truck on their lot just for us to walk away at the end of the night going..."meh...". Chris never stopped smiling though, not even when we didn't get back to their Kennewick lot till well after their close. We found our dream truck in their inventory in Moses Lake. It was everything we wanted...but it was out of trade in range...we knew our credit was bad, and the odds of us ever owning that truck were slim to none. But we walked in the next day and asked Dan & Hugo to help us make it happen. We didn't expect a yes...we were prepared to just stop looking for a while if we couldn't have this truck. But Hugo made it happen...and at a great APR and a lower payment than we had on our Camaro! We were amazed!! We signed sight unseen! We were comfortable with knowing if this truck wasn't all that it looked like in the pictures, we could walk away as Dan assured us. Chris drove up to get it that night, putting him home well after midnight! Talk about literal extra mile! But the truck was there waiting for us in the morning as we so wanted and it was even better in person! What an experience!! What a great team!! What an AWESOME truck!!! Thank you West Coast! You guys rock!!!! More
