I received two tickets to a local water park, plus a year of free oil changes. For me, they managed to get an additional year of oil changes, thanks to his manager Jeremy O'Brien. Ernesto is pretty charming and easy to work with, and his customer service skills are well above average. He scheduled some minor service issues that needed done for me. Put me into another nice vehicle while the repair was being done and had me back in mine as fast as he could. He paid great attention to detail. I will definitely ask for Ernesto if I have any car buying needs in the future. It was a fun and pleasant experience. More
