West coast dealership in Pasco wa So the West Coast dealership in Pasco Washington had my vehicle for two days Just to tell me that my trunk wouldn’t open because of a blown fuse.i ask So the West Coast dealership in Pasco Washington had my vehicle for two days Just to tell me that my trunk wouldn’t open because of a blown fuse.i asked why two days later just for a fuse to be checked? They said they were short staffed and were busy. The whole day my car was there they probably didn’t even look at it. On the 2nd day they charged me $55 to fix it. When I got home to check to see if it was fixed my truck still wouldn’t open. Frustrated, I had to set another appointment for A couple days later. A couple days later after checking it they called me to authorize another inspection and they would have to charge me a fee.?!?!? What !?!? Mad after hearing that I told them I would just go in and take my car back. Mad about that I asked for at least my refund back because I never even seen my vechicle trunk open up, they refused?!?!? After discussing it over and over they asked me to make another appointment and they would give me a free hr inspection.... so After all my back n fourth missing work,(paying for rides cause my car was at the dealership). and a week later my trunks not working and they just had a fuse to show me that it was blown?!?!? More
