Not impressed. I bought my Tahoe from West Coast over two years ago and got the maintenance plan as part of the service. The first 18 months of owning my truck I had great experiences with the service department. Then in November while waiting for my oil change, I witnessed a loud verbal confrontation between two employees regarding pay roll. I also noticed that the entire service department personnel had changed. This Monday, Jan 21st, I went for an oil change and then on Wednesday Jan 23rd I saw a message on my vehicle saying my oil life is at 0%. So either my oil didn't get changed or someone didn't reset the computer code. Either way, I am going to take my rig to Perfection Tire and ask them if my oil eas changed. I At this point I am very disgusted with West Coast and would not recommend them. I eould also like out of my maintenance contract. More

Asked me what I wanted trade wise I had the privilege of working with Justin Holguin today, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership. Asked me what I wanted trade wise and on the new vehicle. Came back exactly on par with what I had thought and an hour later I had a great vehicle. I will be returning in the future with referrals. Justin as well as Jeremy are amazing and great their customers like their own family. More

Relaxed, friendly experience. Nate made my first dealership experience very comfortable. My only negative of my experience was the interior detailing of my vehicle was a little lacking but was delivered from another lot while i was already on site. More

One month to deliver car Bottom line, worst car-buying transaction of my life. It took over one month for the dealership to deliver my car. When I purchased the vehicle, I not Bottom line, worst car-buying transaction of my life. It took over one month for the dealership to deliver my car. When I purchased the vehicle, I noted that it was not shifting into 4-Low, which then became a part of the deal. "No problem, we will fix it." I never received a call about the car the entire time--the sales and service team had to call me back after I badgered them. I found myself having to wait, without a loaner car for the entire time, even as people like the GM stated, "I will personally call you back." He never did. 29 days to deliver a car that only needed a new motor in transfer case--something isn't working right in the organization. Communication between me and several individuals in the organization was poor". I even attempted to contact the owner by email and left a VM, but never heard from him. In conclusion, it seems that sales are more important to team than customer service. More
