As always the customer service was outstanding. There was absolutely no waiting time, and I've neve been disappointed with making the choice to change service locations. Jeanna and Vince know that I take very good care of my automobile and they always do what ever is necessary to see that both I and "Baby" the V Dub are well taken care of. I have been dealing with Brad for years with a couple of my Audi's. He really has gone above and beyond to help me out. I was having a problem finding a day to bring my car in for service and Brad came to my Audi's. He really has gone above and beyond to help me out. Then on his way home he brought my car back. I know that is out of the ordinary and beyond what is expected. He has always gone out of his way to help.
