Worst sales department ever If I could give this place zero stars I would. From the very beginning I have had issues with management at west broad Hyundai. They will say anything in the sales department to get what they want and then claim the customer is wrong. I should have never leased a car from this Hyundai. There are no incentives to leasing. a vehicle here. You pay full price for all services regardless of your platinum membership. (which I pay extra to be a platinum member but for what?) the only incentive you get is a freaking discount on oil changes.... Next time I will go to BMW to lease a car. You don't have to pay for all of your lease maintenance and they take care of their customers. Hyundai is the worst!! I warn you DO NOT LEASE FROM ANY HYUNDAI DEALTERSHIP!! More
