Bought Wrong Model I test drove what I thought was a Sonata Sports 2.0T. I liked the features especially the memory seats, auto ac, lane change warning, upscale radio an I test drove what I thought was a Sonata Sports 2.0T. I liked the features especially the memory seats, auto ac, lane change warning, upscale radio and smart cruze control. I am a Mercedes owner and these features are important to me. Since the dealership did not have the color combo that I wanted, they acquired a black on black Sonata Sport 2.0T from another dealer. I Picked the car up. The next day I broke out the manual and sat in the car to figure out how all the features worked. Much to my chagrin, I discovered that the car did not have the features I expected. Upon researching the situation further, I came to the conclusion that I had test driven a Sonata Limited 2.0T, not a Sonata Sport 2.0. I have been in sales for over 40 years. Based on my experience, I would reccommend the sales people be trained in consultive sales techniques. If questions would have been asked about my preferences, my answers carefully listened to, the appropiate model could have been recommended that satisfied my wants and needs. More
