Scott listened carefully as I described our needs and preferences and worked with us until we located the car that was perfect for us at the price and payments we wished. I was impressed by his knowledge, careful advice, and how thoroughly he reviewed each part of the car, the owner information, and details on the service. He even assisted us in scheduling our first service appointment. He's certainly the most personable and truly helpful sales professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting while car shopping. I told Scott that I thought he was a perfectionist and he told me that he took pleasure in having that as a goal for each of his customers and I am sure that he does. The dealer with the cars My wife was considering to purchase New Hyundai so I went with her to drive the 2017 Hyundai Sonata but after going to tree different Hyundai dealers My wife was considering to purchase New Hyundai so I went with her to drive the 2017 Hyundai Sonata but after going to tree different Hyundai dealers we couldn't, find a dealer with a Sonata Limited to try. Then we got a call from West Broad Hyundaiand they didn't,t have one but four Sonatas. None of the four were RED but we were told that they could have a red one in two days. Two days later Chad called and said he had the red car my wife wanted and we could come and test drive it and if we liked it , take it home. Then Chad gave us the price which our local dealer said there is no way we could purchase the car for that price. Chad was a man of his word because we purchased the car for not a cent more than the price he gave us over the phone. The next day I called Chad and told him I'ill take one more just like the one he sold to my wife. Chad picked out the color and many people have told me they like my bluish green better thanthe Red. More
