I have worked with a service advisor named Shelley Bair for over 6 years. In that period of time we have become very close. I not only trust her I consider her to be a friend. I call her to set an appointment and I pull onto the service drive and she is right there to greet me before I even stop. She knows exactly what type of service I need to do and gets it done rather quickly. If the vehicle has to stay there for a long period of time she either gets me a ride home or arranges a rental car for me. I have a very busy life and I know I can trust Shelley in getting the job done and getting it right. More
