We have been dealing with Wesley Chapel Honda for a good many years as we have purchased 4 automobiles from them. Met a new service rep today by the name of Mike Spitzig and enjoyed speaking with him as he gave me good advice regarding getting my 2011 Honda CRV serviced. Without a doubt one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Met Lisa and test drove a few used cars on the lot. She could tell that none of the available inventory really satisfied what I wa have ever had. Met Lisa and test drove a few used cars on the lot. She could tell that none of the available inventory really satisfied what I was searching for, so she told me that she would be in touch when one she felt matched came in to the dealership. True to her word and only a few days later, a previous customer traded his car in for a new Honda and Lisa was in touch with me the very next day. Seeing the car I knew it was a perfect fit. She did not try to up-sell me on anything more than what she knew I was looking for. Visiting five Honda dealerships in the Tampa Bay area during this search I had tired of the high-pressure, fast-talking tactics of the salespeople. Lisa was not at all this way. She clarified everything and took time with me, allowing me to understand the process and what everything meant. She was very fair and honest during the whole process. We even took the car out to test drive multiple times - despite the late hour. Ultimately, Lisa stayed until nearly 11pm (dealership closed at 9pm) to process my car while I was finalizing financing, help me transfer my stuff out of my truck and then see me off. In addition - Wesley Chapel Honda is a very welcoming, moderately sized dealership. You feel very comfortable in there, unlike some of the mega-dealers you visit. Put aside all the preconceived notions of car dealers with this place. They are an upstanding and respectable group. More

I have been living in Wesley Chap To Whom it may concern, My name is Pedram Yazarlou, and I am a loyal Wesley Chapel Honda Service Center customer. I have been living in Wesley Chapel since late 2007 before Wesley Chapel Honda was even open. When the Wesley Chapel Honda location did open, I still was doing my service at the Tampa Hondaland Dealership, however due to a terrible service experience, I began coming to Wesley Chapel. Over time, I was receiving adequate service, with no complaints, but no serious compliments either. I returned to Tampa Hondaland for my recent service where they quoted the price of my service 15% lower than Wesley Chapel's last invoice. When I called, I spoke with Mike Spitzig, who has never helped me in servicing my Civic before. Since I had been coming to Wesley Chapel for a while, I had been helped with my Civic's servicing needs with just about every service advisor in the department. Mike told me to come in so that they can do what they can to service my Civic. I did. When I pulled in, he immediately recognized the car and came out. He audibly went over the multi-point inspection checklist with me, making me feel extremely involved (it is my car after-all). We went inside to go over the service that was going to be done, and he offered a few additional things to bring my car back up to its current immaculate state. Mike not only was able to bring the price to a comfortable and competitive price, but my overall satisfaction of the service's final product is immeasurable. I am writing this to show how impressed I truly am with Wesley Chapel's acquisition of Mike Spitzig. I have always experienced good customer service, and good overall workmanship on my Civic. Mike kept me involved, informed, he catered to all of my specific servicing needs for my car, and I am very glad that he was there to help me.
