I do my own oil changes but needed a timing belt replacement and check over by the dealership. Tom made recommendations that made common sense, I was fixing the car so my daughter could take it to replacement and check over by the dealership. He even found a seat belt buckle that was faulty and even though it was 8 yrs old was still under warranty. I will be bring my 2006 accord in for a check over in the near future as well. Brought my '03 civic in for service recently... And was greated immediately with smiling faces. My service advisor was Shelley Bair, and I couldn't have been more pleased with her help. I was pleased that she wasn't pushy on selling me the additional work, which why I decided to go ahead with the rest of the work while I was there. My van has had a few issues over the last few months that another Honda service center in the area didn't (wouldn't) help us with, so I decided to try this service center. A few weeks later, another problem arose; although the majority of these visits were covered by an extended warranty, the quality of service was still 5-star. She returned my calls promptly, and she patiently answered my many questions. She was courteous and knowledgeable, never pushy. Even though there were several Honda dealerships in closer proximity to my home, I chose to drive the extra hour to Wesley Chapel to purchase my car from Wesley Chapel Honda because of Lisa. I had a lease vehicle that we wanted to get out of and had tried unsuccessfully to work with several other dealers. These folks where a dream to work with.
