I like my car, but I will never buy another car from here again. When I went to buy my car, I came with my own financing. Although it was a used car they didn't want to put gas in it, wash it or even fix wha again. When I went to buy my car, I came with my own financing. Although it was a used car they didn't want to put gas in it, wash it or even fix what was wrong with it. My husband test drove the car and said that the wheel was pulling to one side. We both told the dealer and he said that he didn't feel anything. Then said they put it on the machine and that it was perfectly straight. A straight lie! I had to get my check from the bank and they acted like they didn't want me to take the car off the lot because I might steal it. When I asked about gas, washing the vehicle, the dealer told me that I was not buying a new car and I shouldn't expect this. Well...I will never buy a new one from here. More
I was desperate! My 2004 Honda Civic's driver side window was stuck in the down position and the weather was calling for thunderstorms in the afternoon and heavy rain for the next couple of days. I also couldn't afford another hit this month on my bills. Wesley Chapel Honda could have forced me to pay $300+ dollars to totally fix my window, but I only needed it stuck in the "up" position because of the rains coming. Sensitive to my situation and needs, they got the window back up for me for free (it took them 10 minutes) and I was fixed, about 2 hours before it started to pour!!!! I can't recommend a better place that listens to your needs! I have 3 Hondas (other 2 are much newer) that I take to WCH and my experience has always been the same. Excellent Service. I'm also one of those customers that faithfully does each maintenance schedules. WCH has a loyal customer! More
Tom Bierstine took me in hand from the time I entered the service bay until, a day later, I drove my car back out of the dealership. He took care of little things such as getting a rental car and explaining service bay until, a day later, I drove my car back out of the dealership. Every time I visit this dealership I feel that I am in good hands and that my car will be better for the experience. My advisor Stacy was very nice to write down all the repairments that needed to be done on the service paper. Last week I got some of them done and one of them was the 3rd break light bulb. Today I had to go back because my light was still not working. Tom Bierstein (service manager) took care of me since my awesome advisor was on vacation. He told me that the light got changed, but that it was under the warranty and that they would change it again. Then he calls me saying that the light they changed was the wrong one, that I TOLD them to changed the wrong brake light. I told him that the bulb they changed was the one they wrote down on the service paper. He was trying to make it sound that It was my fault that they fix the wrong light, when it was their staff who wrote it wrong. Also he was rude and totally trying to put the blame on me and not on his staff. He made it sound that he was making me a favor for changing the static brake light (the corrrect light bulb) with no charge. When i came to pick up the car he completly ignore me and i try to avoid me. He was chit chatting with another co worker and that is why he missed me. I did not want to talk to him again because when he called he was very rude. I don't think he is a very good manager because is not customer oriented, was not easy to talk to and acted totally opposite from what I have come to expect from your company. I would recommend the service, but I would also tell others to avoid this manager at all costs. More

I walked in the Wesley Chapel Honda to buy my CRV with no reference to a sell person. It was raining, my son and I walked up to the information desk and we told the young woman what we were there for. In the reference to a sell person. Here he came, Phazal Ali, we were a bit worried, as he did not strike us as someone that could help us land the deal. He was not pushy, he gave us a run down on the vehicle, still we were doubtful, but we gave him the chance to do his work. It was the best experience I had with no pressure, and this was not the first vehicle I purchase and I was happy we did not have a pushy sales person, which could have been a turn off for me. Thank you Phazal Ali and the Finance man for all your help. More
Went here to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. They were friendly, although there seemed to be an army of salesmen sitting around doing nothing. They applied an artificial $1900 charge above MSRP then acted as if I was getting a good deal by knocking that off and just selling the car at MSRP. But then they try to lure you with a "Lifetime Warranty," which actually covers very little and a "price match guarantee." In other words, Wesley Chapel Honda won't offer you a good price, but if you shop around and find another dealer willing to work with you, they will try to steal that dealer's business. This place is worth a look, but definitely shop elsewhere if you want to save $2000 or more. More
I had to have my 2010 CRV serviced for a recall and an oil and filter change. My service rep was Mike Spitzig and this guy is the real deal. Very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle recall but the most important thing he was very outgoing and friendly. I had to leave my vehicle for two days and Mike called every day to let me know the status of the repairs. Wesley Chapel Honda is very fortunate to have an employee of this caliber.
