They don't even know there own inventory (I had to find the car on the lot for them) & were too busy hitting on my girlfriend to care about our sales experience. 4) Playing games with our trade in. Went in two days in a row to look at a Cadillac. Day one....offered $7,600 for our trade in. Day two....offered $6,500. Really?? More
I can not say enough about how awesome my experience with Wesley Chapel Honda was. Especially with my sales guy, Mike Tucker. He had me pre qualified before I showed up and had the car he found to best fit my price range waiting for me. Well we couldn't come to terms on that car, but he didn't give up. And not in that annoying, over the top sales guy way. He had a hidden gem that would have made the whole deal done so much faster. A 2005 Ford Mustang! Done deal. He gave me a fair price, PJ worked his xxx off to find me financing with my crap credit score and I was driving the next day with very little down and and car and payment I was happy with. I refer everyone I know to Wesley Chapel Honda and specifically Mike Tucker. He's the man. Thanks Mike! More
I had the most fabulous experience in the midst of a horrible situation. Mr, Tucker had been contacting me for approximately 2 weeks prior to my visit to assess my interest and invite me in for a meeti horrible situation. Mr, Tucker had been contacting me for approximately 2 weeks prior to my visit to assess my interest and invite me in for a meeting. I wanted an updated vehichle as I had a 2003 car with 167,000 and truly needed an additonal vehichle. Having been in repair mode with my credit due to LIFE...I didn't feel that THIS was the right time. Fast forward....I repaired by 2003 vechicle at a $600 expense. During this time, Mr. Tucker was still sending out text messages inquiring about my interest and wondering if I was Ok because the communication (on my part ceased). 1 week after paying for my repairs and feeling as though..."I'm good", my vechicle crashed. Mr. Tucker, again, was right on time with his text inquiry. He sent me a prequalified application, I completed it, and sent it back covered in prayer. Within 15 minutes, he called me and stated "we can put you in a car". Prayers answered! Mr. Tucker came to pick me up, because I no longer had a car, and drove me to the dealership. I was near USF, but he came without any issues. Although I had to put a down payment, I had the comfort of having a reliable vehichle. I test drove two cars. He knew I wasn't really satisfied with the first one, but would accept because...I needed one. He found another vehichle that I fell in love with! A 2013 Mazda 3 Si...black. Go Tonia!!!!! Now to get it "papered". PJ did his magic with the numbers and finance folks. We structured the payments within my budget and timed to fall on pays where I wouldn't be a day late. As they are instrumental with helping "real folk" with slow credit, he explained the importance of no late payments and invited back within 14 months to refinance for a better rate. I am very pleased with the staff at Wesley Chapel Honda---THEY ROCK!!!! More
I was in a tight financial situation where I had co-signed for a family member who couldn't pay. In dealing with Michael in the past, he always has been very gracious and insightful. Mike Tucker was a great salesman and real helpful. He did not push any cars on us that we did not want. He and the finance manager PJ Leary did a great job overall and made it happen. We were actually shocked that we bought the first and only car we test drove at the first dealership we visited today. James was very professional and informative about the Civic EX. We were impressed with the options and size of the Civic but mostly the gas mileage. The eye opener when it came to the overall interior size of the car was seeing 6'1" James comfortably sitting in the backseat on our test drive. Our overall experience was quick and easy with no haggling or pressure which we truly enjoyed. Thank you and we will recommend the dealership to our family and friends.
