You have an online ordering system on your website. It clearly does not work. I put in a request 3 weeks ago, and because I did not hear anything back, I put in another request a week ago. I have been calling and my daughter & her husband also on this issue with continuous road blocks from whomever in service Dept answering phone. I decided enough is enough and called Corporate ( Consumer Dept) I spoke with a Rep who told me exactly what was going on with this vehicle. Corporate sent me a letter to give to Dealership so that car could be repaired under warranty. I call Dealership back same person answered phone and I told them I had a letter stating that its under warranty and when could car be brought in for repair, I was given a date of 12/31/2021, which is two months from today. That's not doable for my daughter because she has small child riding in this car and if it malfunction because of this issue then someone in vehicle could get hurt. More
worse service dept./customer service. had an appt to get the oil change and air conditioner serviced - blowing warm air. The appt. was changed twice by them online - pm to am & back to pm. After receiving my keys & checking the air, warm air was still coming out. no one explained why. i then had to inside & ask the details. They didn't have time to do a diagnostic test the day of the appt. I called the next day to complain it was never looked at even though i noted for repairs. Manager told me I could bring it in & they'd squeeze me in. left the car a lil over a week sine i was going out of town. I'm back in town this wknd & can't get anyone to give me an update on my car. No return call in the past 3 days. I've left msgs with the service rep & manager. very disappointed. angela jones More

Finally after 3 weeks I finally got a call saying the vehicle was ready. The recalls were never done. I complained so they took the vehicle back and finally did the work. Told it was ready for pick up, then after I already had the vehicle home, I got another call threatening me if the vehicle was not picked up right away they were going to charge me storage fees !!!! ONE EXTREMELY MESSED UP DEALER !!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!! More
