It has taken 8 months to fix our new car. Between Werner and Kia pointing figures back and forth I'm not sure if I would another Kia or from Werner. More

Other Employees : Most are not good at communication. Never could anyone on the phone or to call me back. I had to go to the dealership to get updates.
