NO Customer service communications after being first vehicle to drop off for two recalls. Ended up picking up car at end of day, without an update. He gave me a complimentary oil filter/oil change via an additional concern (oil light),I had, besides the 2 recalls that I was advised were taken care of at no charge. More
I got 2 recalls fixed and now my engine light is on and I’ve been trying to call to see if they can help me and figure out what my engine light is on. None of my lights were on before I came there. The service lady was nice got my car in the shop and gave me a time to expect to hear back with the solution. I had a set budget/monthly payment that my wife and I could afford. Sales (Lee Harvey), management, and financing (Nick Bono) all worked with me to keep to that budget. Lee worked with getting the right vehicle for my needs (primarily as a car that had safety features for our 15-year-old daughter to learn how to drive and to ultimately drive when she gets her full license; secondarily as a car for me because our son is using one car for college, and my wife is using her car for work.) Financing, while encouraging the addition of options, worked with my budget to ensure I was covered in the event of an accident that would total the vehicle. At no point in the process (with financing) did I feel pressured to add an option. Coming to Kia was at the recommendation of friend and Kia Service Associate Tim Fessler. I've trusted him with servicing our vehicles the past few years. More
I had Jeremy as my service employee. I was very nervous walking into my first oil change because at other dealerships they are an all-day appointment and I did not have all day. To my surprise, it was only an hour MAX and they communicated with me throughout the appointment. My husband couldn't be there and trying to communicate how the appt was is always a challenge and he LOVED the video portion walking through the car because he didn't have to trust what I told him. I already loved my Kia and now since I have gone through an appt I love it even more. Jeremy was excellent throughout my service when it came to expectations and communication. 12/10 experience. More

Purchased a used 2020 Kia soul on 8/1/2023 and on 8/7 the car started shaking while I was driving and on 8/10 they couldn't find anything, waited al Purchased a used 2020 Kia soul on 8/1/2023 and on 8/7 the car started shaking while I was driving and on 8/10 they couldn't find anything, waited all day while I noticed my car just sitting there. Did they even take a test drive? Not!! On 8/16 Battery Discharge appeared on the panel and the car still shakes. Waiting for corporate to to get back with me. Did they do any work on this car before they put it on the Lot for sale? I don't think they did from what I have experienced while driving. To afraid to drive it now after battery discharge appeared on the panel. They won't respond so I contacted corporate. Seems as if they only wanted to get a sale. Never again will I buy from Werner Kia. They give Kia a bad name and I have purchased 2 prior Kia's, a 2004 Kia Optima and a 2010 Kia Soul. Both paid off in 2010 and 2016. KIA was so much better than this Werner Kia. Hopefully I will hear from the corporate office soon. Mike was very helpful but the car still has problems. More
Dealing with Michael Wyre was one of the most efficient and pleasant experiences I have had at Werner Kia.
