Needed service on our 2020 KIA Sportage and to take care of a recall ticket. We worked with Mario Rodriguez at the service center to schedule and handle the work. Parts needed to be ordered before the work could be completed and Mario stayed right on top of it to make it happen .... and proactively keep us informed. More

Kia has given me the worst service of my life. I went there twice because my check engine light was on, and to no avail they couldn’t find the issue. And they made me pay the diagnostic fee after I went there twice because my check engine light was on, and to no avail they couldn’t find the issue. And they made me pay the diagnostic fee after they couldn’t find the problem the first time. Also they are very disorganized. 7 months later my check engine light is still on and when I called they have no notes on what was done to my car the last time it there. If I could give zero stars I would. The people that helped me gave me subpar service and I was highly dissatisfied with the over all the experience. I will be telling everyone I know about how atrocious the business is as well as the vehicle I bought. Kia has truly ruined my life. More
