The part I needed was unavailable although the appointment was made well ahead of time. Took WAY longer than anticipated. It took a whole month to receive a repair estimate my rental fees accumulated more than my car repair. I wait 3 months to book the appointment. It should be a better way to compensate your customers accommodations, if you know your shop is short staff. There’s no reason anyone should go without a car a whole month without receiving a repair estimate especially if you didn’t have a major issue or require a part to be shipped in. If I needed an engine or transmission this would have been completely understandable. The communication between the sale manager and customer is a joke. They never respond back and they’ll keep putting new customers in front of you. The only person who would take time to respond back is the general manager anybody below him is always too busy. Good luck, if your car needs immediate help the wait time is ridiculous. More
