Also, your service waiting area should show your respect for your waiting customers. When I entered the waiting area the other day it stank. It smelled like a dirty diaper. The entrance door couldn't open all the way. I did enjoy the coffee. Great that donuts were provided although I didn't eat one. Compared to other service areas I have sat in your's was lacking. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from your dealership due mainly to disrespect by your service staff.
