Financial deal for new Niro was fair and went smoothly. However, when we arrived home with the vehicle, we discovered a missing black sensor cover on the left front bumper. We documented the missing part f However, when we arrived home with the vehicle, we discovered a missing black sensor cover on the left front bumper. We documented the missing part for Werner including a photograph taken at the dealership right in front of their Used Car Sales Office showing the part missing. We requested replacement from the salesman and were told it would be shipped immediately. That was a month and a half ago. Repeated follow up calls (at least 5) to the salesman and the parts department has yielded all kinds of lies and misinformation concerning the replacement. It is difficult for me to understand why Werner would risk their reputation on the cost for replacement of this small fender cover! Their after sales service and integrity is questionable! More
