I never thought I would have to take back my previous stars given to Werner Kia, but honestly, I am at a loss of words on what to say about them. I never received a call throughout the entire day and Ti stars given to Werner Kia, but honestly, I am at a loss of words on what to say about them. I never received a call throughout the entire day and Tim, my rep, never once tried to reach out after I left multiple messages wondering what in the world has happened to my car I dropped off at 8 a.m. I did not even start calling and texting until after lunch. I figured that would be enough time since I had an appt. I have still not heard from Tim and it's been over a week. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him. Once I finally got my car at 5 p.m. that day, by just showing up.... the entire contents of my glove box was scattered all over the backseat and floor. I have no words for this either. If you had to get into the glove box for some reason, at least put the contents back or put in a bag or heck, in a nice pile would be better than just throwing it all over the place. I have taken multiple photos and I plan to make a formal complaint. In addition, I have taken my car in twice to get the sprayers to work and they still DO NOT. I have reached out to Tim again, and crickets. I cannot wait until my warranty is over so I never ever have to go to this place again. The worst service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. More

HAD an appointment for a brake booster recall for Friday the 30th. Also needed all 4 doors adjusted due to misalignment from the factory. This is the 3rd time this has had to be done. The doors were adjusted but now I need a door hinge swing catch( not official name) due to rubbing. When door is opened. Got a call that my car was being picked up and due to auto body shop keeping it all day they were unable to perform the recall for the brake booster. I went to pick cR up Saturday morning. My car was still at the auto body shop and never picked up the evening before. I was unable to get my car. I left. I proceeded to tell them to keep my car til Monday only if they could get my car recall done. They guaranteed me it would happen. My car was not moved from the spot it was parked when it returned from the body shop on Saturday at lunch time. My car was also left unlocked all weekend in front fo the dealership fence. Meaning anyone walking by could of gotten into it. When I arrived to pick car up on Monday car was not done. I needed the car back to be able to return to work out of town for the following week. If I did not have werner way I would not return to this dealership. I would take my service business to Hyundai down the road. More
