I dont even know where to begin. Unfortunately our service advisor himself is grest-- the rest of the experiences there, not so much. Between waiting all day for an oil change to dam Unfortunately our service advisor himself is grest-- the rest of the experiences there, not so much. Between waiting all day for an oil change to damaging our vehicle and taking months to fix it-- we are forced to find a new service spot. We will now be forfetting our maintenance plan and losing out on "free" oil changes and having our Kia serviced by a dealer that is 1.5 hours away due to the service here. Trying to book an appointment is near impossible, cant get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. I was extremely mad at the start of all of this, now the anger has left and now I'm just defeated. Theres so much more to say but I'm going to leave it at that. More

If you are waiting in the reception area for your car, which you dropped off at 10AM, you shouldn't be the one initiating communication to work out what's happening to your car when 1pm rolls around, then which you dropped off at 10AM, you shouldn't be the one initiating communication to work out what's happening to your car when 1pm rolls around, then 3pm, then 4pm. Honest communication could be improved. This is the only Kia dealership in town so having them work on the car is the only option if you want "official" Kia service. If there was another location, I'd have gone there. It was over $200 to change out a $20 part that took maybe 20 minutes. More
