worse service dept./customer service. had an appt to get the oil change and air conditioner serviced - blowing warm air. The appt. was changed twice by them online - pm to am & back to pm. After receiving the oil change and air conditioner serviced - blowing warm air. The appt. was changed twice by them online - pm to am & back to pm. After receiving my keys & checking the air, warm air was still coming out. no one explained why. i then had to inside & ask the details. They didn't have time to do a diagnostic test the day of the appt. I called the next day to complain it was never looked at even though i noted for repairs. Manager told me I could bring it in & they'd squeeze me in. left the car a lil over a week sine i was going out of town. I'm back in town this wknd & can't get anyone to give me an update on my car. No return call in the past 3 days. I've left msgs with the service rep & manager. very disappointed. angela jones More
