I felt very comfortable asking John questions about the changes in the Prius (many additions since the production of my 2012 Prius) and the added functions of the 2025 model. Came in on a whim last year while driving by the dealership on a Saturday and ended up being assisted by John Imparato. He took me on a test drive of a stunning new Tacoma and went over all the dealership on a Saturday and ended up being assisted by John Imparato. He took me on a test drive of a stunning new Tacoma and went over all the changes that have been made since I bought mine. He was straightforward, kind and informative and before I knew it, I was in a new truck a couple days later with a giant smile. John followed up with me multiple times to see how I was enjoying the new truck and even helped me to figure out how to put in a GPS destination when I got confused one day.
