Once the car was nearing delivery, I had some odd requests that were very specific to this car. Mark helped make sure everything was in order once the car arrived. An example of this was helping me get a sticker for my new 2024 Toyota, in a timely fashion. When Nathan was explaining all the cars accessories, it was like watching a conductor in an orchestra.
