Brought my Prius- supposed to take a delivery the same day night. However, the car couldn’t start at the time of delivery due to alarm system/battery — sales guy stated that they had to replaced a old bat day night. However, the car couldn’t start at the time of delivery due to alarm system/battery — sales guy stated that they had to replaced a old battery with a new one… no battery had been replaced with a new one by the way. Fast forward, I have to visit the next day hence it’s another 45 min trip just to take delivery for my car purchase. Two weeks later— Issa(sales guy) that helped me with my purchase called and stated that they forgot my car manual asked me to come back just for that. Weir Canyon Honda Mgmt — why can’t you mail or even offer options for the client? Not thrilled at all with the level of service. More
