He brought me in and gave me a test drive in under 10 minutes and taught me everything about the car I was buying. I ended up buying the car and the whole process took about an hour and fifteen minutes. At the end, John Kuntz sat in the car and helped me in a step by step process on connecting the car to my phone, processing speed dial, calling, voice recognition, etc; which was very helpful to me.
