Service person Joshua was great. However we brought our car in to see if there was a simple way to open a stuck hatch. The proposal came back at over $700 to fix the wiring. We declined the work but had to pay $150 for diagnostic. To do the diagnostic the simple trick to open the hatch was used. That how-to for the simple trick was what we had asked for. Seems like we got charged $150 for what should have been a minute or two of help. More
