Service department is a disappointment. They diagnose a problem that I told them was a problem to begin with and then they tell me I have to pay $900 to do a supposed "maintenance" service They diagnose a problem that I told them was a problem to begin with and then they tell me I have to pay $900 to do a supposed "maintenance" service with no guarantee it will fix the problem. This before they will address the real issue of my vehicle's excessive oil consumption. Excuse me, why must I roll the dice with my $900 with no promise of a fix? I purchased an upgraded engine and drive-train insurance policy when I bought this vehicle last spring which means absolutely nothing unless I play the pay upfront first game with the service department. I discovered the excessive oil consumption problem with this vehicle shortly after I purchased it and I feel I was sold a faulty vehicle from this dealership. I am beyond disappointed with Webb Hyundai and especially their "service department". I paid $1,100 dollars for vehicle service insurance policy that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I have a vehicle that has a diagnosed problem and nothing has been done to fix the problem or satisfy me as a customer. More
