The service was fine, I was a little surprised to find out after that fact that my description of the problem was recorded and I wasn't informed of that. I also thought nearly 2 hours to plug a screw in a tire seemed like a long time when I had the first appointment of the day. But this was my first experience with the service dept. and I don't know what else was going on that morning. More
