Everything went well. The only disappointing thing is having to pay the credit card fee on the almost $4000 service bill. I came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection special and advised the service advisor Cindi Kobiela that we had a clunk noise in the rear. We were advised of the issues they found during the ins special and advised the service advisor Cindi Kobiela that we had a clunk noise in the rear. We were advised of the issues they found during the inspection, but the tech couldn't duplicate the noise in the rear that we had advised them of. I assumed that by paying for the oil change and inspection special, we should not have been charged the extra $198.55 charge for checking out this noise. Cindi said that even she needs to pay for having things checked out. Shouldn't the special we had already purchased, cover this expense and we should not have been charged an additional $198.55? On top of this unexpected and extremely excessively large dollar amount, we had to wait approximately three hours for our car to be finished, even though we had made an appointment for this service in advance. More
