Service department tried to reinstall a piece of trim on my veloster and not only installed the piece incorrectly but also dented the car in the process. Now they deny causing the dent. Hyundai dealerships my veloster and not only installed the piece incorrectly but also dented the car in the process. Now they deny causing the dent. Hyundai dealerships are only interested in selling cars and changing oil, they have no interest in warranty issues. More

Mr. Evans was a great salesman he wasn't pushy and did not make me feel uncomfortable. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and also made sure I understood.
