She went above and beyond to show us everything on the Sante Fe. Laurel did a great job explaining the factory warranty, extended warranty, and the services they offer to the customers. I would recommend Webb Hyundai to anyone who is looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. Great selection of used cars I seen there as well. Thank you all, job well done. More
I came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection special and advised the service advisor Cindi Kobiela that we had a clunk noise in the rear. We were advised of the issues they found during the ins special and advised the service advisor Cindi Kobiela that we had a clunk noise in the rear. We were advised of the issues they found during the inspection, but the tech couldn't duplicate the noise in the rear that we had advised them of. I assumed that by paying for the oil change and inspection special, we should not have been charged the extra $198.55 charge for checking out this noise. Cindi said that even she needs to pay for having things checked out. Shouldn't the special we had already purchased, cover this expense and we should not have been charged an additional $198.55? On top of this unexpected and extremely excessively large dollar amount, we had to wait approximately three hours for our car to be finished, even though we had made an appointment for this service in advance. I am unhappy with my purchase of my leased vehicle. I was aked if I wanted Tire, gap and ext warranty. I told Matthea I justed wanted tire. Later Eric came out with a card with options on it stating these wouldn't cost any more. I said ok. I signed all the paper work. About a week later I decided to look at my paperwork. Low and behold I purchased tire,gap and ext waranty. Plus there was an additional roughly 400$ charge above the agreed purchase price. Never was fully explained to me. Figured it was her commission on the lease buyback. Anyway I went back to see Eric and straightern this out. I told him that I filled out a form that I did not want gap and ext warranty. I then said I now do not want tires either. This was all a $4500 charge on my loan as well. As a loyal customer between my wife and myself purchased at least 5 cars from Webb Highland. This was in my opinion very unethical. I was a real estate broker and if I had done something like that such as selling a home warranty to a client they did not want I would have been in deep xxxx.I was told this would be rectified in 4-6 weeks by having the amount that I had paid on my loan to be adjusted to include the 4500 but the payments would be the same. This error caused my payment to be at least 90$ a month more than it should have been. Still waiting for the 4500 credit . More
