I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I live in Indiana and usually get service done there, but I was out of town in Plainfield with family to celebrate a birthday and was on a time crunc I live in Indiana and usually get service done there, but I was out of town in Plainfield with family to celebrate a birthday and was on a time crunch. I expected to wait 1-2 hours for service but for those two things, I was in and out within 45 minutes! That was the fastest appointment I've ever had in any dealership experience. After everything was said and done, I asked Justin a few questions about major service appointments coming up in regards to mileage on my vehicle. He answered them with clarity and kindness and made me feel secure about what I have to look forward to in the future. I would definitely be coming back should I ever be in the area needing service again. More

He does not communicate updates, communicate information from the Technician, returns phone calls in a timely manner, or follow up with the service of vehicle.
