I received good service. They were short staffed, and my truck wasn't ready when I thought it would be. I had a 10 am appointment and I hoped the truck would be finished by n They were short staffed, and my truck wasn't ready when I thought it would be. I had a 10 am appointment and I hoped the truck would be finished by noon. I didn't know they were short staffed. I went shopping and when I returned for the truck around noon I was told of the delay. I would have appreciated a call to tell me of the problem. So, I went shopping again. When I returned later in the day the truck was finished. They reduced the service charge $20 to compensate me for the delay. I appreciated that. More
