The service provided was great but the interaction with the customer service rep was not to my liking. He seemed a bit smug about my issue while explaining my third party lift probably voided my warranty. the customer service rep was not to my liking. He seemed a bit smug about my issue while explaining my third party lift probably voided my warranty. I understand the risk I took with the lift but simply stating the facts would have been better than telling me if I go home and put on the stock wheels and tires to be warranted was a bit much. Anyone who knows about a 6in lift should know it is not just that easy to go back to stock. At the end if the day my shocks were loose and I was fine with paying the labor. Good overall service but as a new customer coming from great service in Clarksville, TN, I will be looking for another service department for my future needs. More
