Jim Ceci and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and actually got us a better deal than our pre-approval. I left my car to have service done. Somehow the service dept put 100 mls on my car when it was supposed to be "parked". NO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO SPEAK TO ME OR MAKE IT RIGHT. More
