Just stopped by and looked at two vehicles Never have I authorized Webb to submit my application, nor run my credit. On Dec 1, 2017 I received a letter from Webb Chevrolet Toyota that that is Never have I authorized Webb to submit my application, nor run my credit. On Dec 1, 2017 I received a letter from Webb Chevrolet Toyota that that is exactly what Webb did. The letter denied me of my credit on the terms that I requested. I met with a Sales person and I believe his name is Matthew. This is very unfair on what Webb did to my credit score. I will never visit Webb again, nor have one of my relatives or friends do so. Sales Lemons I was sold a 2017 that I love however it has many issues. It is in the shop every week practically and they basically said oh to bad. It's under warranty we will fix it but that is beside the point. It is clear I was sold a faulty car. I'm willing to do an even trade for a rental and continue to pay my payments. They said no way the best they will offer is for me to go upside down on my current loan for a new car or I can get a lawyer. A car that has problems will most likely always have problems. I will be paying on this car long after the warranty is up. They won't be fixing it then I will!! A new car is usually a great and exciting investment like my last one. However I'm full of regret and dread. They we're not even sympathetic to my problems. My last vehicle was always serviced and fixed at the dealership when she got old. I will never buy or use this dealership again once the warranty is up.To be honest we were looking to buy a Truck too...so they lost a sale. I'm sure this response will never be sent or posted any where perhaps I should start posting to yelp and such sites!! More

Check engine light code P0741 I have a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Less than 80,000 miles and check engine light came on. I took to my usual mechanic who referred me to deale I have a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Less than 80,000 miles and check engine light came on. I took to my usual mechanic who referred me to dealer because he said item should be covered under 100,000 mile power train warranty. The code isP0741 which is for the torque converter clutch solenoid and the common issue is....it sticks. When driving my truck, my rpm's climb to a very high 4000 and 5000 and there is a delay in the transmission shifting which it was doing the morning I took it in to WEBB Chevrolet Farmington, NM. When I spoke to the service department that afternoon they basically said that it threw that code but is no longer stuck. When I asked them if they replaced the part, they said no because it is no longer stuck and the problem has to happen multiple times before they can diagnose and replace. So basically they are wanting the situation to happen several times and cause many problems for me as a customer and the vehicle to go beyond the mileage for the warranty before they will fix the problem. I am a single female and am fearful this will happen again while driving or worse the part will completely go out and leave me stranded on the side of the road. I drive in areas of NM which doesn't always have cell service. I depend on my vehicle to run properly and I do not have the time or resources to continue to take my vehicle to them several times. My opinion is if it was showing a code they should repair the problem and replace the part. More
