It's all good until they get your money!! We bought a new truck on August 3rd. We put over 9000 down with taxes and all other fees. It is now October 25th. I keep calling and calling but no answers. They will not return my calls. Everyone acts like this is no big deal. Buyer beware!!! My husband is out of town working without tags on the truck. I guess I will go back to the county and see if I can get yet another temporary tag for this truck. Webb chevrolet only care about your money not you. More

SAD CUSTOMER I am adding-on to the previous review that I entered regarding my experience with Webb Chevrolet: Upon returning home I took my car to my mechanic, I am adding-on to the previous review that I entered regarding my experience with Webb Chevrolet: Upon returning home I took my car to my mechanic, Sun Valley Automotive in Lakewood,CO. They did a diagnostic on the car and completed the repairs that Webb Chevrolet should have done. The complaint against this dealer is not the pricing but the lack of regard for someone's personal property, completing the work on the vehicle, putting the vehicle back together properly and allowing a car that is in for repairs to leave their lot unsafe. Especially if they truly test drove the car as many times as they stated. Beware of the this company. It is depressing that I had to put even 1 star on this, but it would not post the comment. More

disappointed There was nothing wrong with my truck, It needed an oil change, however. day one I call the webb chevy back and express my concern that the truck was There was nothing wrong with my truck, It needed an oil change, however. day one I call the webb chevy back and express my concern that the truck was acting funny, I was asked it the check engine light was on -- at the time no, at which point I was told "neg. or positive I will be charge $90 to 110 for a test". made same complaint with the same result 3-4 times, Nate in service dept. could answering my calls, erven left a message for him -- which was not answered. took this to Mr. Perry Webb -- he said "I will call you back on 11-27-17 after I look into it, but it is 12-27-17 no phone calls from him. Poor customer service! I had called the service department on 12/12/17, inquiring about an oil change. The gentleman on the phone said, we usually take appointments but if y I had called the service department on 12/12/17, inquiring about an oil change. The gentleman on the phone said, we usually take appointments but if you come in early (by 7:30am), we can get you in. On 12/13/17, I arrived early (7am) to the service department for an oil change/tire rotation (1st in line). I was advised by the service advisor, Nathan Jones that it would be about an hour. I sat in the waiting area for quite awhile and watched as other customers who came in after me were leaving with their vehicles already serviced. At the 2 hour mark, I decided to contact the service advisor as he was getting another customer from the waiting room and asked him if my vehicle was ready because I had to return to work and I've been waiting 2 hours! Within 5 minutes, a technician contacted me and said my truck was ready. I understand that other customers had most likely made appointments for service...what I don't understand is why the service advisor didn't initially inform me that an oil change and tire rotation would take longer than 2 hours. Had I known that in the beginning, I wouldn't have stayed. After reading the poor reviews online I think I'll take my vehicle elsewhere for proper customer service. It's sad that the only Chevy dealer in town is Webb Chevrolet and they provide lousy customer service. More
disappointed ON NOVEMBER 10, 2017 HAD AN OIL CHANGE DONE AT WEBB CHEVY FARMINGTON NM. WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK IT WAS DOING FINE NO PROBLEMS, IT JUST NEEDED ON NOVEMBER 10, 2017 HAD AN OIL CHANGE DONE AT WEBB CHEVY FARMINGTON NM. WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK IT WAS DOING FINE NO PROBLEMS, IT JUST NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. I DID INFORM THEM(THE SERVICE DEPT) THEIR IS SOMETHING LEAKING, AT THAT POINT NATE SAYS, "WE CAN TEST THAT WITH A DYE, IF WERE NOT SURE WHERE ITS COMING FROM, BUT WE WILL CALL YOU BEFORE WE ADD THE DYE." THE SAME DAY AFTER I PICKED UP THE TRUCK-THE TRUCK WAS ACTING FUNNY SO I REPORTED THAT BACK TO NATE--HIS RESPONCE WAS "IS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON" I SAID NO, NATE THAN SAYS "WITHOUT THAT WE WOULD KNOW WHATS WRONG IT" AND THE TEST IS $98 (+) WHETHERS ITS POSITIVE OR NOT. I DID CALL BACK AGAIN ON 11-11-17-- ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS, AGAIN IS YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, STILL NO LIGHT. AGAIN CALLED BACK ON 11-13-17 AND 11-17-17 AGAIN NATE AND THE OTHER SERVICE GREETER SAID, WITHOUT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, BY NOW THE TRUCK RPM WAS AT 4-5. ON 11-23-17 MY TRUCK WOULD NOT SHIFT AND MY RPM WAS HITTING 4-6. I CALLED NATE AGAIN ON 11-25-17 AND EXPLAINED THE TRUCK WON'T SHIFT, HE SAYS "ITS BEEN 2 WKS AND SORRY". UPSET, I CALLED PERRY WEBB, AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND HIS RESPONCE WAS "WE DO NOTHING WITH THE TRANSMISSION FLUID OR TRANSMISSION UNLESS YOU ASK US TOO, I WILL CALL YOU BACK" HERE IT IS DECEMBER 13, 2017 NO CALLS FROM MR. WEBB. MY TRUCK IS NOW AT HI COUNTRY GETTING A NEW TRANSMISSION. YES, NATE DID TELL ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS LEAKING ON 11-10-17 More
