Absolute worst Ford service I've ever experienced. They ordered the wrong part, then had me wait for days to tell me they didn't want to do the repair. The work was good but cost was explained to be $1000 when asked but when I picked up the car the cost was $2000!!! Very horrible way to do business, looked like parts were $1000 and labor was the extra $100 asked but when I picked up the car the cost was $2000!!! Not everyone has an extra $1000 they can just come up with when picking up thier car...apparently this is not the first time this has happened when I asked!!! More
