I had my vehicle towed to the dealership for service and it took them 5 days to get back to me with a diagnosis, despite several calls to inquire about the vehicle. Once they were able to figure out the is it took them 5 days to get back to me with a diagnosis, despite several calls to inquire about the vehicle. Once they were able to figure out the issue, it took an additional 7 days to fix what they said was wrong. I could not get a loaner because they claimed all their loaners were out. All 20 of them. But promised if one came in, I would be the first on the list to get one. Of course no one returned a car after 12 days, which is when my car was ready. After day 12, my engine light came on while driving home. When I called them back they told me to bring it in and they rechecked it. The new diagnosis: the catalytic converter needed to be repaced and my premier extended warranty didn't cover it. (Of course they still didn't have a loaner to offer me.) They td me it would cost $1400.00 to replace that. I was a bit frustrated since I always take my car to that dealer for everything and I mean everything since I bought it. They eventually took off about $200.00 but with the taxes ended up being almost the same. It took an additional week to fix that while I paid for lyft to maneuver from my full time to my part time jobs. Furthermore, everytime I called the service area the person who was in charge of keeping me updated on my vehicle was never at her desk and just never saw the urgency of calling me back in a timely manner. They had my car for 12 days to figure out that fixing a burnt-out coil was not the only issue with the vehicle. This is why people take their vehicle to the dealership, to get the best diagnoses for their vehicle. Not only are they unprofessional, their diagnoses are not accurate, they are overpriced and their customer service has decreased since Ron has retired and the second in line is Matt. I am very disappointed of how I was treated. I feel like I am a valuable customer and have spent a lot of money at that dealership coupled with the many times I had to return the vehicle for problems they claimed they have fixed but didnt.
