I am very displeased with your service. You contacted me for a recall and stated you needed 2 weeks to get the parts. Only to find out when I showed up on time that you did not have all the parts and you couldn't even order them until Dec 26. You said you wanted to earn my business but you can't even handle your service dept. correctly how are you going to earn my business. You did not even reschedule or try to. I was going to look at new vehicles today but with this kind of service I will have to go to other dealers. So I just left. Thanks for your time.Don Green More
