Entering Watertown Ford was pleasant and inviting. I instantly met Gerry and told him that I was in the market for an 2010 F-150. Even though the dealership did not have truck in their inventory, Gerry and Mike both helped me find exactly what I was looking for at other nearby dealerships. They found the truck and we negotiated a very reasonable price. They were also very informative and helpful regarding financing options. Through the entire experience I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. The paperwork went through easily, and Mike even drove the car to my place to drop off. He showed great enthusiasm and was very approachable. I would definitely purchase another truck there if I could, and would consider buying from Watertown Ford in the future.
