I contacted this dealer via email about a SUV I saw online. I was very upfront with the amount I had to spend and the monthly payment I needed to be at. When I got to the dealership I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes while they jump started the car and taken on a very limited test drive. When it came to talk numbers they were way off from what I needed and they didn't even try to help me get financing. Now they will not stop calling and emailing me about following up. It has gone so far that I have already submitted a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! More

It was my first Ford vehicle, I used to buy NEW GM cars, but since Pontiac was retired from GM I started looking around. I went to see this dealership because it was near when I work and also because a use but since Pontiac was retired from GM I started looking around. When I got into the dealingship Paul came to see me and was very nice and not at all agressive like at other places I went to. We discussed what i wanted and what i was looking for. I looked and drove the Ford Escape Hybrid, we negotiated the price and I bought it. Paul called me after the first week or so to ask me how the car was, and so far I'm very pleased...
