Al greeted us at the door and was very helpful throughout our visit. He showed us options and took us for a couple of test drives to demonstrate differences between models. We were able to test drive a Ford Fusion which we hope to purchase...and loved it. We live in a city location in which parking space is difficult to find. Al and the manager put the car on hold until we co purchase...and loved it. We live in a city location in which parking space is difficult to find. I must say that I had a wonderful experience today Watertown Ford today. My car had broken down and I really needed to get a new one. I was worried about what I could afford and qualify for. I got the pleasure of working with an awesome salesman - Al Abramson. He was very knowledgable and assuring that he and his team could help me out. Not only did he help me with getting the info needed for me to qualify for my loan but he bent over backwards to help me out and was very calming and very fair with my trade in. He is a very kind man and the best salesman I have ever dealt with. The whole team over there at Watertown Ford was unbeliavable in their roles and from someone that has dealt in technical support and service I know great service when I see it. I got a 2010 Focus which is what I had my eye on going in there. In 4 hours I was in and approved, got the plates/reg transferred a detail sticker and gas and have the new car and can get to work tomorrow. They have my business for life and I appreciate all that Al did in helping me today. Highly Recommended and 5 Strar Service. Thanks so much guys! More
