This was, however, my first time purchasing a used vehicle, and the experience was a good one. However, I believe that where we did best w/ Watertown, was that they offered me a very good price for my 2003 Ford Explorer. Therefore, in the end, the price evened out, since Watertown had offered me a better deal on my trade in than other dealers could have done for us. Also, Watertown came in a little too high w/ their Extended Warranty price, but we were able to negotiate them down, as we could have purchased the warranty through another dealer instead. Everything worked out in the end, of course, and they all took great care of us. Overall, we were very pleased, and enjoyed working w/ the whole Watertown team! More
