Albert was the opposite of a high-pressure salesman. We got all of the information we needed, and none of the pressure. The initial price was good, the trade-in allowance was fair, and no haggling was necessary. I hate car-shopping, but this was nice, easy and enjoyable. Albert is a great asset to his dealership and to the Ford Motor Company, and I'd recommend him highly to any prospective buyer. More

Staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all questions politely (even with my tough French accent). It was used car from another brand but they did a good job at fixing painting issues by go questions politely (even with my tough French accent).
