The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new car. The car I had been driving for the past 12 years was costing too much money to keep running. I met Al Abramson as soon as I pulled into the lot. Al was friendly and low pressure -- which is refreshing in the car dealer world! I told Al I was interested in the Ford Escape and so we took it out for a test drive. Al encouraged me to bring it out on the highway. When we returned to the lot I said I liked the car but wanted to look at other options on my list before I made the decision to buy. I went to 3 other dealers and looked at 4 other SUV makes & models. I wasn't thrilled with the sales people or their lack of enthusiasm. None of them let me test drive on the highway. I got the distinct impression from one dealer that I was wasting his time. I actually liked another type SUV a little better then the Escape -- but I did not trust the sales person! The next day I went back to Al at Watertown Ford and purchased my brand new 2013 Ford Escape! Thank you Al!!! More

Al directed us to cars that were in our price range and encouraged us to take the car for as long a test ride as we wanted to really get a good feel for the vehicle.
